I’m Eleonora Ginnis — you can call me Elle. I’ve worked in IT since 1999 and bring over 25 years of experience solving business problems with technology.

As a full-stack developer, I build applications that connect customers’ needs with the systems, data, and processes behind them. First, I listen closely and ask thoughtful questions. Next, I design solutions that fit how your business actually operates rather than forcing your processes to change for the software.

I help businesses grow by bringing pragmatic software, analytics, and technology solutions to market. For example, I focus on maintainability, sensible integrations, and cost-conscious architecture so systems stay useful and affordable over time.

Over the years, I’ve learned to observe how people work, spot obstacles, and turn complex problems into practical solutions. In my experience, the best outcomes come from clear priorities and steady delivery. Therefore I pay attention to handoffs, data quality, and how new features affect daily operations.

I work full-time in the energy sector as a Senior Analyst, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. I help teams plan, build, and deliver business applications that solve real operational challenges.
